Important Information

• All prices are for half board per person and night where the room is occupied by 2 people

• Child reductions (only if sharing their parents’ room)
  - 2 people in a double room pay 100%
  - For the 3rd, 4th or 5th person the following reductions apply:
  - up to 2.99 years 10 euros per night excl. board
  - up to 7.99 years 50% (the children are entitled to a reduced menu)
  - up to 11.99 years 20% (the children are entitled to a full menu)

• Cancellation terms: The guest has no right of withdrawal under Italian consumer protection legislation; however we allow the following conditions of cancellation: Up to no later than 40 days before the agreed date of arrival, you may cancel your booking in writing without having to pay a cancellation charge. If you cancel your stay at a later point in time, cancellation charges will apply as follows: 40-14 days 60%, less than 14 days 100% of the total price. In the event of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the agreed price for the remaining days.
• Pets only on request
• Stays of less than 3 days will attract a supplement of € 3 per person per day
• It is not possible to book specific rooms or floors
• Rooms are available from 1 pm on your day of arrival
• We request that you vacate your room by 10 am on your day of departure
• There are no refunds for meals not consumed
• We make a charge of €5 per day for the use of a cot
• Free WIFI throughout the hotel

• How can you pay? We accept credit and debit cards for stays of over 3 days..

• Local taxes: As of 1.1.2024 a local tourism tax of €2,80 per person per night has been levied for everyone over the age of 14 years. This tax is not included in the total price indicated and can only be paid locally.
